DELIVERY
Deliveries will be made by Australia Post to the address stipulated in your order. You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery, provide a P.O. box, or indicate authority for the driver to leave the package unattended.
Australia Post will send you a message by email or text message to tell you when we have despatched your order and include a link for you to track your orders delivery.
In Australia, you should receive your Goods within 3-5 business days of placing your order. In geographically isolated areas, delivery time may be longer.
The crew at Nook and Squire, unfortunately, can’t accept responsibility for your delivery if you have given authority for package to be dropped unattended.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely stoked with your purchase, just contact us at hello@nookandsquire.com.au and we can organise either a refund or exchange.
To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below.
So far as possible, Goods should be returned:
with all goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
including our tax invoice and delivery slip;
Subject to the all Goods being returned undamaged, we will refund your money within 30 days of receiving the Goods.
ORDERS UNDER $100
Sorry, but we can’t cover return shipping for purchases under $100
In order to return Goods, they must be in the same condition you received them in: hangtags/stickers/packaging intact.
1. Contact us to arrange an exchange or refund with the reason for the refund/exchange request.
2.Pack all Goods into their original packaging.
3. Place all the Goods into the parcel you received – or a similar parcel of similar durability.
4. Seal the envelope and return to a post box or post office for dispatch.
ORDERS OVER $100
Since you did us a solid and spent over $100 with us, we’ll cover return shipping if necessary (limit 1 per order).
1. Contact us to arrange an exchange or refund with the reason for the refund/exchange request.
2. If your order is over $100 we will send you a shipping label.
3. When you receive your shipping label, pack all Goods into their original packaging.
4. Place all the Goods into the parcel you received – or a similar parcel of similar durability.
5. Seal the envelope and return to a post box or post office for dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Unfortunately, we don’t offer International Shipping as standard at the moment, but if you’re interested, shoot us an email and we’ll see what we can do.
